Kfc - North Somerset

I have had multiple negative experiences at the KFC in Weston. Every time I have visited, something has been wrong, whether it's running out of fries or dirty, uncleared tables from previous customers. Recently, when I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal deal, I asked for a regular Pepsi but was told they only serve a version with aspartame, not the full-fat option. I found this policy to be ridiculous and controlling, especially considering the unhealthy nature of the food they do serve. This will be my last visit to this restaurant. I prefer to eat at home where I can have a clean table, dispose of my rubbish properly, and drink beverages that my body can actually recognize and process.

Total waste of time. I will never be returning to this restaurant. They didn't have Krushams, milkshakes, or ice cream. I don't understand why they even bother to stay open.

Unfortunately, the quality of this KFC location is so inconsistent that it cannot receive a positive review. We have frequented the KFC on Marchfields Way numerous times in search of delicious, golden brown Southern Fried Chicken. However, we are often disappointed as the chicken is typically dark brown and dry. Despite our hopes for improvement, the quality rarely does so.

Awful place , rude staff and manager, food orders were all wrong, vegan burger burned and was rock solid so asked for a replacement, they quickly gave me a new one, when opened new box they had put the old burger back in a new bun with no mayo or lettuce thru proving a point. Staff all rowing and one in the background shouting “shut up” to another team member. Restaurant was all dirty and tables left not cleaned, no ice in drinks, avoid at all costs. Ignorant staff, save your money and time don’t visit here.

Seems like I was late to this but visited KFC to find out they don’t trust customers with their decision and force diet drinks upon them and refuse to sell regular Pepsi. So I walked out and won’t return
