Pizza Hut - North Ridgeville

I ordered one item to pick up. I pulled into the drive thru and not one person acknowledged me. I sat there for over ten minutes before I parked and went in. Stood there..only customer in the store for several more minutes until one of the 5 people got my order. I understand it's busy on a Friday night but to not even say a word to a customer is ridiculous. I won't order from here again.

Give them a chance to help you with your order by being patient and understanding on busy days.

The people at the pick up window have all been nice. However, I've ordered pizza at this store several times and at least 75% of the time, I don't receive what I ordered online. My last order was my last order.

The pizza’s are getting salty tasting along with just the taste of the whole pizza. The product has gotten cheaper except the price

The pizza was clearly reheated. Dry and toasted. Terrible!
