The Patriotic Pig

I have worked so many weddings with Patriotic Pig that I knew that we needed them for our wedding. From the very beginning, Marc Gina made it all a breeze from the tasting with my husband?s family to the wedding day. All of our guests couldn?t stop raving about how fantastic the food was and the leftovers we had was the perfect ?day after? family dinner.

Everything on my plate was perfectly cooked, seasoned and delicious! The brisket bomb was my favorite of the meats, but the brisket and ribs were perfect. Green beans seasoned and flavorful, mashed potatoes were a perfect balance to my meal. If you haven't tried them you're missing out!

The pulled pork has a wonderful aroma and flavor! I ordered green beans and Mexican street corn as my sides, and they were both delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The catering team is fantastic! Gina and her staff were a pleasure to work with. The food was incredible and everyone enjoyed it. I can't imagine choosing anyone else for our wedding catering. Thank you, Patriotic Pig! Don't miss out on the corn—it's delicious!

Great Texas barbecue! It's a cozy spot, but the line moves quickly. The brisket and pulled pork are juicy and flavorful. The ribs had more meat than I anticipated. I ordered the rib plate and thought I would need the sides, but I was surprisingly full just from the ribs. The baked beans and street corn had a nice kick to them. The deviled potato salad offered a unique twist on the classic dish; I enjoyed it, but it was definitely different. The green beans, with bacon included, were fantastic!
