Mcalister's Deli - North Richland Hills

The entire staff is fantastic! I frequently place last-minute catering orders (not on purpose), and they consistently accommodate my requests with exceptional service. They provide quick and friendly service, always ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction. Sam, Christian, Nathan, and Torie are truly awesome!

It was okay. Nothing to write home about. I was dismayed to discover my online order was, without my knowledge or consent, charged a gratuity that was added to my tab. Which is odd as there was no service of any sort rendered. I was literally pointed to a shelf of prepared orders.

Burnt bacon on my blt. More like bacon crumbs than actual piece of bacon. Luckily i was still there so i exchanged, slowest service ive ever seen at any mcallister. Only good thing is they remake my blt. I ordered extra bacon but just look like regular. My side is fruitcup ended up to be mac n cheese. No pickles either. Wont come back. I will spend my 15$ lunch else where next time.

I ordered the King Club through doordash and I knew that it would be big but it was WAY bigger than I expected! Really good portion size for the price, I got a side of potato salad that was really good too!

I love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. I always get the same thing. I love that the managers come out and ask if everything is okay.
