Kfc - North Richland Hills

This is an excellent KFC location! The air conditioning is working well, and the staff is fantastic. We visited during a quiet time, but they still provided attentive service to everyone. I ordered the number one meal with mashed potatoes, and it was delicious. The number four meal with coleslaw was also really good.

The chicken strips are incredibly delicious and fresh! I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back to this location soon. I'm so glad I live just across the street.

The staff was excellent. I placed a special order that took an extra 20 minutes, but I was informed about this before placing my order. Everything went smoothly. The only downside was that the portion of the dark chicken was noticeably smaller than what I recall from my visits in the past. However, the flavor and quality were outstanding.

I want to recognize two outstanding employees that went over above to please a customer. To summarize, I came through the drive thru right at closing time and ordered some chicken breast and was told they did not have anymore cooked because closing time was within 20 minutes. Brandon who was working the window consulted with his manager (Abel) and together Abel Brandon recognized a bad situation and together they turned a bad deal into a very satisfied customer. They complimented my dinner with extra chicken and coleslaw for the inconvenience. I was extremely satisfied KFC customer Thanksvtonthe dedication of these two employees. Every year, we order hot wings for Christmas! Our local KFC doesn't offer wings, so we make the trip to Call Snow, and it's definitely worth it! The customer service is excellent!
