Chili's Grill - North Richland Hills

To-Go Service SUCKED!!!!!! We walked in and the lady waiting on us didn't even acknowledge that we were there she just kept typing on her monitor computer. When she finally did acknowledge us she didn't speak more than a few words that were inaudible. She disappeared to the back to retrieve our order. We patiently waited for 30 minutes. When she finally came back she nearly gave our order to another customer! We got home, unloaded our $50 order and it was COLD! Never will I order from there again. I even tipped this lady $5, never did I get a thank you, sorry for the wait or anything.

We waited forever to get a seat. And we now we're waiting forever for our food. There are dirty empty tables all around us. Not the best Chili's experience at all. Very unhappy

Took ten minutes to be even recongized after being seated waiter only came by twice to refill drinks and keeped blame the kitchen on the problem horible place do not go there unless you feel like being crapped on for over an hour

The food was typical of chili's but with a side of hair, the service was rude and very slow. Also we were shorted on our change, do not go here.

Had a birthday get together for my friend who turned 29. Chilies sever/bartender Sandra brought me Romaine lettuce to substitute for chips since I am dieting. I had the Tilapia and it was spicy and delicious! Great service, also you can smoke in the bar area.
