Bubble Chews - North Richland Hills

First Bad Experiece. I've been to bubble chews a few times, and each time I've loved it. But, I went yesterday, and I'm not sure what happened. <br/ <br/ When I first entered, they didn't have A/C running. Its a hot summer day, and it was painful to stay comfortable without A/C. <br/ <br/ I ordered my tea and a buddy ordered his right after me. My buddy got his after about 10 minutes. I kept waiting and waiting, looking at the employees who seemed to be staying in the back room (there were several customers, figured they were busy). Finally, about another 15 minutes later (my buddy finished his drink), I called over one of the employees and she said are you wanting another? <br/ <br/ Are you kidding me! I think they lost my order entirely. It may have been the heat getting to me, but I was extremely frustrated. Wasn't just me, another lady complained about being charged for several drinks she didn't buy. <br/ <br/ Overall, I'm not a fan of their customer service, but I absolutely love their bubble tea.

NEW PLACE TO BUY AN ORIENTAL DRINK. These have been around for a very long time but this is a new and fun place to get something that taste great at fun place...something really strange feeling for those who are unaware of what they are about to drink

Great smoothies. The smoothies here are very good. I like the way they top the cups--with a piece of plastic wrap sealed to the cup. It's spill proof, you have to pierce it with the straw. The straw is thick with a pointed end (for piercing).<br/ <br/ This is a perfect place for a cold drink!

Really Good. They have the best thai tea i have tasted for the price, fun place to hang out with your friends and drink smoothies or teas

Love this place. It's changed a little bit, doesn't offer computers anymore but it's still fantastic. The drinks have zero competition.
