Papa Johns Pizza - North Port

We enjoyed the Papa Bowls. Was annoyed the tip for the driver was not included in bill. First time ordering. Must check that point. Sorry Sir.

Horrible management and customer service, received a plain cheese pizza versus the pepperoni that we ordered and manager said I would have to contact franchise owner that he couldn?t fix the mistake by refunding and or bringing the correct pizza. Willnever order from them again!

Ordered 2 Gluten Free pizzas and an XL. I didn 't realize until I got one GF and my XL correct. The other GF pizza was an original. I supposedly got a phone call approving the order, I did not. The employees lied about that. Luckily I caught themistake before my kid friend ended up in the ER. Management didn 't seem to care. If you a a Gluten allergy SKIP THIS place.They don 't care.

This location has terrible customer service. They did not make our pizza correctly and there was no garlic sauce so I tried to call to ask for a new pizza. He asked me to hold and then never picked back up. I stayed on hold while we drove all the way backto the restaurant and walked in while I was still on the phone to see them standing there and no one was on the line. Weexplained what was wrong and he didn?t offer to fix it, but instead looked annoyed. I then had to clearly ask for a new pizza.We had ordered a stuffed crust and he asked us ?Does it have to be stuffed crust??. We said yes, but that?s because it?s what wepaid for. Who would ask if it has to be what you ordered? It was very rude and disappointing as this was our first and nowlikely last time coming to this location.

Almost 2 hours for pizza to be done (not usually a problem, I get it, it?s a Friday) but when I went to pick it up the staff were extremely rude and unapologetic. Pizza was ok, BBQ chicken wasn?t what I expected. Should really work on the customerservice for sure!
