San Pedro Méxican - North Platte

Great food! Not Tex-Mex, but authentic family recipes. We went both nights we were in town, it was that good.

The food is excellent, and the staff is consistently attentive and polite. They serve the best margaritas with a wide variety of flavors to choose from.

During my stay at a nearby hotel while traveling, I came across this restaurant and decided to grab some dinner to take back to my room. I ordered a combo plate, thinking it would come with rice and beans, but that wasn't the case—perhaps I misread the menu. Nevertheless, the food was enjoyable. I wasn't particularly fond of the red sauce that was poured over everything; it had a flavor reminiscent of mole.

Food was a little bland no real spiciness to it, salsa was very mild to put it nicely.

Fantastic locally owned chain of Mexican restaurants. They have a wide selection for a menu from authentic, to Americanize Mexican cuise and even traditional American options for picky eating kids
