Dairy Queen - North Platte

I'm not sure if it's new employees or management, but the service was excellent! Everyone was friendly, and they did a fantastic job with the malts and blizzards. Keep up the great work!

I work there and I got a $5 bribe to write this review.

The customer service was neither outstanding nor terrible. The staff member did his job adequately—he wasn't unfriendly, but he also didn't engage in much conversation. I ordered the chicken strips and the zesty queso pretzel sticks. The chicken strips arrived promptly (see picture below; I have small hands, but I take great photos!), and while the fries were nothing special, the zesty queso dip was absolutely delicious! I could have easily eaten it all by itself. The sundae was great as always, and I would have rated this place five stars if the chicken strips hadn't been so small. The service was decent enough to overlook, but those strips were practically the size of fries. Overall, it's a nice spot to grab a bite on the go!

Truly one of my favorite fast food chains there is. My favorite thing to order is the Flamethrower or the Chicken Basket. Always fresh delicious. I wish they sold the Flamethrower sauce commercially! Also such a good restaurant to go to in the summer on hot days. The aroma of the ice cream grill, combined with the stellar AC in there is everything you could ask for on hot days! Friendly staff and awesome ice cream cakes!
