Ihop - North Palm Beach

Very small space. Felt kind of cramped and the place was packed at 10:15am and more people showing up looking for brunch. Service wasn't great. We saw our waiter twice. Once to place the order and another essentially bring the check. But they were very busy. Food was good though.

I was in Palm Beach for a wedding and found that this IHOP is ideal for accommodating large families with different tastes and preferences. A helpful tip is to split up into groups of two or four when dining with a larger party to expedite seating. The menu has been updated, so be sure to inquire about any changes to ensure your order is to your liking. Despite the busy Saturday breakfast crowd, the staff remained friendly and composed. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was OK. It used to be better. I loved the stuffed French toast, but is no longer available. There used to be flavored iced coffee but they no longer have. The staff used to be more friendly, but not so much recently.

I had a unique experience at iHOP where the service was slow and there were limited drink options. However, the food more than made up for it. The pancakes were delicious and fluffy!

The place is not bad, I would say better then other places because of the location,but it would be amazing if the owner and/or management would pay attention to employees. I was tolled when I got there with my friend that she wouldn’t serve us because she was feeling bad sleeping on the table. If you work somewhere even if you don’t like it, do a quality work or leave and find a different job that you enjoy.
