I called bcs I was confused about how to order and the people who work here clearly hate their job bcs they're rude and unprofessional.

This place is only available through Doordash, otherwise you'll be entering Chili's. ??‍??‍?

My wife and I visited for lunch and while the food was good, it just wasn 't a wow experience. We arrived for lunch around 12:30 on a Thursday. We were seated promptly, but waited several minutes before our waitress, Susan, came past the table. Even then, she just said, I 'll be back in a moment. It was another minute or two before she came back to get our drink orders. I ordered the bacon avocado chicken sandwich and my wife had the combo meal with a salad and half a turkey club sandwich. Both arrived relatively quickly and were very good. My sandwich was big enough that I took half of it home and ate it for lunch the next day. There were a couple things which completely eliminated the Wow! factor for me. First, there was a waiter working there who had absolutely no sense of purpose as he moved around the restaurant. He seemed to be perpetually in stroll mode, not get it done! mode. Second, our waitress, Susan, never introduced herself. She was competent, but just not particularly friendly or welcoming. At one point, I wanted to salt my fries, but the salt shaker was completely clogged. I got another shaker from a different table and used that. When Susan came by, I told her that the salt shaker was clogged, but she left it sitting on our table for our entire meal. I have to wonder if it ever got replaced, or if the next people seated there ended up with the same problem. So... meh. We had a gift card for Chili 's, which is the main reason we went there. If we get another gift card, we might go back, but... meh...

First time here in a long time. No complaints, potato soup, honey chicken crispers was vey good as well.

Wings were cold, little to no sauce, haphazardly shoved together despite a price that would suggest a better product. Would not recommend
