Chick-fil-a - North Olmsted

I went to Chick-fil-A for a chicken sandwiches. First of all, when I walked in, I was greeted by a worker, and that made me feel good that he acknowledged me to let me know that he would be right with me. I did not have to wait long. Lastly, the food was just like I wanted hot, freshly, tasted better than I expected. I really enjoyed ? my chicken sandwich, and yes, I will continue to go to Chick-fil-A.

A little disappointing. The second time in a month or so, they left something out of our order. I guess I should have checked the bags before we left the parking lot.

It was like the adults went home early and left children in charge. We waited like 20 minutes in the drive thru when it wasn't even busy. When we got to the front they didn't even have our order. It'll looked like they just grabbed some food and told us to just take it. We ended up with the wrong flavor milkshakes and weird tasting tenders instead of nuggets.

Here’s what I noticed in this order, the clearly marked parking lot, the friendly attentive staff, the fast service and fresh delicious food (even at breakfast, even the fruit cup was fresh as promised). So many friendly faces all checking in as they walked by our table, a clean atmosphere in the play area and bathrooms! They even had a step stool under the sink for my toddlers to use, which this pregnant mama was extremely thankful for!

Got their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. The sandwich was awesome. The hashbrowns was a little cold not super fresh.
