Biggby Coffee - North Olmsted

The service at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly. The Cowboy Ciabatta sandwich is amazing. The Red Bull crème freeze with strawberry is to die for. The baristas are very efficient. I also love the trivia of the day.

The service was terrible. The sandwich looked as if someone had smashed the bread and forgot to toast it. The place was dirty and the barista had a bad attitude. Not recommended.

This is definitely my favorite coffee shop! The bagels are incredibly tasty and the staff is so friendly!

This is coffee for those who enjoy sugary drinks with dairy. This is not coffee that is great black it taste like maxwell house or Folgers. I was hopeful though. They seemed busy but all the drinks going out were lite tan or almost white with cream.
