The food was terrible had no flavor and was not cooked all the way the service was just as bad

The food was lacking flavor big time. The wings barely had any sauce on them and they were tiny. The onion rings were not battered. The sauce looked like it had been sitting out. Service was slow. At least the waiter was nice.

First of all the food was amazing me and my family got 50 wings at a reasonable price with all different flavors and sauces the food was so quick 5 stars for me

Stopped in for lunch after a mini stroll around Barefoot Landing because our grandson loves wings and this spot claimed to have good wings. They were basic at best unfortunately. I ordered the spinach dip because they no longer sell the advertised unchicken (I'm vegetarian) and it was underwhelmingly bland. Both beers my SO purchased were flat and according to him really bad and my drink had no hint of alcohol in it. And to top off the poorer food, service was really slow even though it was pretty empty in the establishment maybe 4 other tables besides ours with patrons.

Buyer Beware: Avoid this place if you 're looking to use any Sam 's gift cards or corporate-related offers, or really expecting high standards in general. Service and Ambiance: D The call-in experience was disappointing; the lady had no idea about the specials. Signs hanging by a thread and poor decor didn 't inspire confidence. Service was lackluster, and management was reactive and nowhere to be found. The food runner was good, though, and the server was at least relatively friendly, which is why they got a D and not F, here. Food Quality: C- Wings: Tiny, dry, and not crispy. See picture. Tenders: Fatty and flavorless. Fries: Oily mess at first, corrected later but still bland. Experience: D- The manager knew about our issues with the gift cards but never checked on us beyond that clearly disappointing interaction. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Saturday night in June, which should have been a red flag. No toy included with the kids ' menu as advertised. Final Thoughts: We passed over 100 restaurants to get here, expecting the high standards we were used to from this chain. Instead, we were let down by everything from the service to the food quality. Unless they significantly improve, save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere. Learn from our mistake and avoid this place until they get their act together. I suggested to my wife that my family of 5 find another place to go, but since we were already there and it was late, we stayed put. Plus, she was excited for the tenders and fries. She later admitted staying was a mistake. Don’t make the same mistake as us…find any other place on the strip. This is honestly not an over-exaggeration- Arby’s has better: service, ambiance, tenders, fries, and prices. I would go to Arby’s 10/10 times over this dumpster fire of a dining experience.
