Domino's Pizza - North Myrtle Beach

So I get it it?s frustrating when businesses don?t answer the phone at all or in a timely manner or delivery of our food takes longer then we think it should. What we need to remember is that the majority of restaurant are extremely short staff which willdrastically affect every aspect of their business. Instead of taking to social media and the internet to bash them we need to bekinder and more understanding. I put off trying this restaurant all summer because of reviews I gave them a chance this evening.Ordered online , order was ready for pick up before I got there and when I arrived I was greeted by a tired but friendly staffand gladly and politely explained some of the reviews, no excuses just facts. Our order was accurate, good food and veryfriendly staff.

Worst experience I 've ever had. No answers the phone then the driver calls and said he doesn 't deliver to our location that was 3.2 mils away. Hangs up on my wife after saying we 'll tip you well. So I called the store again and talk to the so calledmanager that sounded higher than gas. He tells me that he can 't do anything about it. I asked why we didn 't get the option topick up our pizza 's and he tells me that he didn 't have time to continue talking to me. I asked again if I could just come pickup my stuff and he replied What 's the problem? You aren 't paying for anything I gave you a refund. I will never try to spendmoney here again.

The pies at this restaurant are fantastic for their price. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was missing a topping - tomato, pineapple, but no ham.

I have not encountered any problems with this restaurant since the change in ownership occurred some time ago.
