Mimmo's Mozzarella Italian Market Cafe Cheese Factory

Very nice place! The staff is really friendly and helpful. I went there because I search and this is one the only places that sell good quality guanciale. I bought one pound and some parmesano cheese. Really good! I will definitely be back to try theirfood.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Quaint shop with a very relaxed vibe. I had a nice coffee but their sandwich was absolutely perfect from the texture of the bread to the combination of flavors. I will absolutely come back when in the area. Highlyrecommend.

As an Italian, I didn't expect the mozzarella to rival that of a caseificio in Naples, but what I received was a bland log that reminded me of the pre-sliced Galbani you can find at Publix. To make matters worse, it was so overly salted that it was nearly bitter. I was searching for those characteristic stringy layers that peel away to reveal a juicy, buttery core, but there was none of that. The burrata was also a bit tasteless, though slightly better than the mozzarella. The prosciutto was just okay—more shredded than sliced. Perhaps I was just particularly unlucky that day; I know that can happen. However, with the prices being high, I expect top quality. I don't think I'll be returning.

This charming little spot is perfect for finding artisan cheeses and enjoying delicious, fresh sandwiches! They offer samples of the cheese, which is a fantastic addition. I tried the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich, and it was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I always enjoy visiting Mimmo's! Today, I had a vegetarian pizza, while my husband opted for a Caprese Panini. The cheese sampler we started with was delicious, just like always. Don't miss the wonderful selection of authentic Italian delicacies available on their shelves!
