I Stronga - North Miami

The first time I tried them, and I have to say that I was satisfied with the personal and eating. the employees are nice people who introduced me some herbal tonics. the food was delicious and the aromen really mixes well. I'll be back!

Istronga remains in north miami as a beautiful place to grab some clean Caribbean cuisine. as they enter them, are welcomed by solid vibrations that work from there. always beautiful and respectful. before this place was formerly called konata. they had a similar concept and served similar foods, including with a “meal of the day” that they serve for a certain price. when they go in them, they find what they have, how the meal written on their board or go to ask the person in register. they are fast, serve her eating in a togo container and eating is pretty good. some days it is a hit or miss. regardless of their meals being hearty, engaged and ital, great time.

Good amount of food, great flavors. The owner also has a selection of elixirs and ferments that he sells. He is a herbalist with good knowledge of plants and nutrition and cares about his customers.

Today was my first visit to I Stronga. The dishes the day with absolutely delicious. I got to meet the owner. It was convenient and quick. Can call ahead and have a meal ready. Definitely will return because it's conveniently close to the I-4 Corridor in North Miami. Ital is vital!
