Pizza Hut - North Miami Beach

Pizza hut in the worst history of pizza! waited 3 hours for a pizza only for them to cancel it 3 hours later! They never called, or something! I just wish I could talk to the police and let everyone involved replace the manager above all. I'll introduce another pizza hut to everyone who sees it!

I wait for my delivery gor about a hout in a half order pizza for my wmployees I work at aldis and we are not even 2 miles different from each other in really dissapointed . not even that ive on the phone tried to communicate with them for 7 min and no one has recorded the call, I am trully dissapointed and would never order from here again

Ordered a large filled crust online that they called me a few minutes later to let me know that they were outside and if I had no other style, instead of which I did not, they also got me free brotsticks for the inconvenience. there is currently a supply chain crisis and restaurants are out of date. I'm glad they let me know before they send me another order, and I find disappointed after I picked up the wrong order.

Ordered curbside pick up but when I arrived I called three times to advised them that I was here but each time I called they picked up the phone and hung up... I'm assuming they were not in the mood to work!!! Left it alone and went in to get my food... When I got home I realized my food is burnt and it has hair on it... Waste so much time driving back to get a refund and having to order from a different store. Once I returned the pizza, the cashier didn't even show any sympathy, no apology!!! She had an attitude ? Not understanding why I'm getting an attitude when they didn't properly do their job well!!!

Took 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza. Called and waited for 15 minutes. She said they don't offer refunds or anything on late deliveries. The manager of the store should call the customer and advise they are running late and give the customer the opportunity to go pick it up instead of waiting all this time. So I Asked to speak to a manager and they put back on the que. Hung up... No point. They don't care.
