Mcdonald's - North Little Rock

I must say that, even though I'm not a huge McDonald's fan and haven't been since I was a child, I was truly impressed by their customer service during my last visit. The young woman who took our order at the drive-thru was so friendly that it took me by surprise. Unfortunately, that level of service isn't typical at McDonald's, but she was absolutely outstanding. I could feel the warmth in her voice, and if I had cash on me, I would have tipped her for sure. To my surprise, the young man who handed us our food at the second window was just as pleasant. I don’t know what was happening that evening, but both of them were on point. While the food was just average, the customer service was remarkably excellent.

I never imagined I would give a McDonald's a five-star rating, but this location is exceptional. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is extremely friendly!

McDonald's is my go-to spot for a refreshing drink. While some people prefer going to bars, I find my happiness at McDonald's. A cold Dr. Pepper is the perfect way to unwind after a stressful day. They really know how to make it, and I can't resist stopping by almost every day in Maumelle A for one!
