Las Palmas - North Little Rock

That was the best Mexican food we had in Arkansas. This will be our way to the Mexican restaurant. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the food was delicious. Very recommended you check it and try a good meal.

I get the same thing everytime, Burrito Adabata with red sauce. The seeds in the sauce gives it a nice kick but occasionally that kick is with both feet!

The food was very good and l loved the cheese dip. The waitress was friendly and pretty fast. But when I got the bill I saw there was a cash and a credit options but the credit was like 3 dollars more. NOT GOOD. That was her tip far as I am concerned. Not go back. Never never never.

Food 's still ok, but they 're now preemptively charging extra on a ticket as a 'non cash adjustment ', which just takes away from server tips and aggravates customers. Shady at best, likely not a legal practice... Guess they 've joined the low ranks of most others now. Shame on you las Palmas. EDIT: Mentioned that I was unhappy about them charging extra to take my payment at the register, and asked that the message be passed along to management. Was just told to 'have a nice day ' even after clarifying I just wanted the message passed along. Due to that, I also informed the next couple customers in line of the hidden charge as well. With practices like these, and employees who are obviously aware and don 't care, I hope they either get bought out or close down. Good riddance to places run like this.

So usually not a bad place to eat.. But custumer service is aweful I had to ask for a drink refill my sons food was completly forgotten had to wave a waiter down to get any service I dont think id come back here again.
