Texas Roadhouse - North Las Vegas

Thank you and God bless you the lady that took our order tonight at the to go order window.First of all she was caring and very helpful with the order. We come to Texas Roadhouse often but this was first time ordering to go. My wife has Stage 3 Breast cancer and was not able to come out to night for dinner. My wife only want the house side salad to go.I have to say that she had open hear to our concerns and made sure our order was correct.Please thank her from us. I am sorry I do not remember her name but she had glass on. God bless you and this place. When this location opened and for a year plus after wait lines were around the building because the beef was soooooo tasty and of top quality…Now 3 years later the prime rib is not seasoned very well, is dry and not soft as it used to be poor quality). I’ve gone 3 times recently thinking maybe they had an off day or staffing issue but yesterdays visit was another let down. Not what it used to be and now I know why there was no wait at prime time.. They have lost a family of die hard Texas Roadhouse lovers her. I will no longer spend my hard earned money at this place. I believe that they bring their travel staff when they open up a new restaurant to make it outstanding and then dwindle down as time goes on. Somethings not the same and that’s a dam shame because they had the whole city standing in front of their restaurant waiting up to 2 hours to get seated. I will miss this place as this was the only place I wanted to go out to eat at.

First, let's just put out there that our service was the best thanks to Danyella. She was so friendly and quick with our order. When we wanted something extra, she was on it. This doesn't even count the great food. My salad with steak was perfectly done. My husband had a great prime rib. Overall, this is a perfect place for great service, great food, and a fun place to eat.

Food and service were great. First time here and the manager came out to thank us and gave us a card to use on our next visit. This place was great. I felt welcomed.Food: 5/5
