Two young guys working first of all they don't know what they doing when it's come to service n make simple sandwiches n they even say f word to my husband n we trying call but phone doesn't working so we call corporate they advised us to talk to owner everytime we go there owner not there we going to legal
This is our closest Subway, but after 3 consecutive visits with issues we won't be ordering from this location anymore. The latest visit I ordered online using the app and arrived around our estimated ready time. When I walked in I was immediately told they were running behind on online orders, which I appreciated, and was told it would be another 10 minutes. After about 5 minutes of waiting I realized my order was going to take much, much longer. There were two employees there, one I assume to either be the owner or the manager, but she was not making or taking any orders, leaving the other employee to do everything herself. The lone working employee made one online order, and then started taking the orders from the line of people waiting in the store. After 15 minutes of waiting the lone worker was still working on in store customer orders and the presumed manager was not making orders, so I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. I've never been to a Subway where the manager refused to glove up during a lunch rush. We'll drive a little further to a different location from now on.
Whoever manages this subway is a disgusting person. We have been here for 45 minutes now on4-16-2023. There is one employee by himself who is overwhelmed with a line and 4 different online orders. He is making bread, stocking the chips, stocking his station by himself. It was 81 in here when we got here and is now 82 degrees while the thermostat is set to 71 and so hot that we 're taking turns waiting outside because it 's cooler outside. I can not imagine how hot the employee is being next to ovens and running around. I do not care if people called out. As a manager it is your responsibility to make sure your business runs smoothly. There is no excuse for allowing your employee to suffer like this. Be ashamed of yourself. To the owner who probably doesn 't know any of this is happening shame on you as well for hiring managers that allow this kind of abuse. You need to make this right for your employees.Editing to add: The manager finally came in to help her employee. When we voiced our concerns she said I can 't help that people call out, that being said I am hiring. As I said earlier disgusting. Im bringing to your attention that you let an employee suffer and now is the time to offer up jobs?Absolutely not. The manager was just as unorganized and did not improve wait times upon arriving. The employee continued to work with an empty station and a line with no break to get water.I hope that employee understands their worth and quits.
This Subway on Aliante Parkway is great! Everything is fresh, and the place is very clean. The service is excellent as well!
