Arby's - North Las Vegas

Drive thru closed tonight at 10:05pm. Not like app said at 11pm. Employee said it 's only open for delivery pickups. On a Friday night? What the heck? Not cool. We even checked the closing times, said 11pm every night, so drove all the way out there.We even checked online to confirm hours 11pm every night. Nope! Not today!

They were running slow and ended up giving me my friend's Sandwich, and they were two cars ahead of us in the drive through. He also ended up getting my smaller sandwitch. Other then that it was a good arbys. Customer service was on point. There were a few mistakes, but they were willling to take steps to make sure everybody left happy.

Person taking my order did not listen and changed what I ordered instead of meals, did the 2/$7 deal without my fries. Wait took well over 10 min. Only to be missing items. Shakes were not mix d well at all. Lemonade cup was filled to the brim with ice before lemonade was added. Top it off, i got food poisoning. Definitely not coming back to this location.

The food tasted good and the service was nice. But they have reduced the amount of meat they use while increasing the prices.

My husband and I came in to eat as we were ordering the new kid at the register had messed up our order Angelina helped me so much she made me feel better she refunded us for the sandwich we didn't want and also apologized for everything she was so nice we will be back just to see her
