Soave's - North Lanarkshire

I tried the tablet ice cream, chocolate ice cream, and ice cream sponges. It was delicious. The tablet ice cream was the best I've ever had, with nice chunks of tablet throughout. They were very generous with the amount of tablet. Thank you!

On the evening of Sunday, July 14th, I visited this cafe with the intention of purchasing a liter tub of ice cream. Unfortunately, they were out of the flavor I wanted, so I was offered two half-liter tubs for the same price instead. The young girl serving me was friendly and provided good customer service, but her older colleague continuously belittled her, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. After receiving the ice cream, I was directed to pay at a different till where the older woman attempted to charge me for the two half-liter tubs separately, totaling £9.20. This was much more expensive than the liter tub I originally wanted, which was priced at £6.50. When I confronted her about the discrepancy, she was rude to both me and her colleague who tried to explain the situation. I left the cafe feeling disgusted by the woman's unprofessional behavior and overall negative attitude. Despite having no issues with customer service in the past, this experience has left me questioning whether I will return to this establishment in the future.

We absolutely love the ice cream at this restaurant - it's a hit with the whole family!

I was enjoying my nice bus ride into Glasgow with my dear friend we were looking out of the back window on the top of the bus and caught one of your workers picking there nose and on his phone he then over took us I can't remember his full regi plate but I think the start was ng64 and then something else I think and they were also male and I am saying this for the drivers safety and other drivers around him X

Called in for ice cream, (still sell soave, s) and decided to get a take out salad box, assistiant just stuck her hand in lettuce ans started to fill the box, needless to say had to ask should she not b using tongs, she then went and put on gloves not at all impressed with hygiene, OK if u r buy something pre wrapped though it makes u wonder if hygiene is lacking in front of customer what it like where can't see
