Mcdonald's Restaurants

Delivered late and stone cold . Fries were undercooked never again give it a miss I will never order again (just eat)

I would like to know who the manager of McDonald's is. Can they ensure that their delivery drivers understand and follow road traffic laws? It is against the law for them to use Pollock Street for deliveries and also illegal for them to park on the footpath.

When my cousin and I walked into the restaurant, we immediately went to place our order. However, the server approached my cousin and informed her that her attire (just a regular T-shirt) was not acceptable and we had to leave the premises. Despite the fact that there was nothing inappropriate about her clothing, the server insisted that we couldn't stay unless my cousin covered up with a jumper or something similar.

Don't know how this place is still running when its ran by incompetent staff ordered my food by there app and got a whole different order how hard is it for these morons to read simple list????

I visited here and placed an order on the self ordering machine as I got told you cant order from the till so when I placed my order I'd didn't print out a receipt so I went and spoke to the manager and he said that I didn't place an order although it still took money out my bank and I showed him my bank transaction after I showed him this he said I could have had a McDonald's earlier that day and just trying to get free food so I asked for a refund and he said as I didn't order anything I'm not due a refund iv contacted McDonald's and also my bank and waiting on this getting fixed Customer service poorly
