Cherry Tree - North Lanarkshire

I made a reservation at the Cherry Tree a week before our trip from Derbyshire to Scotland. We were looking for a dog-friendly pub, and this one fit the bill. Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, the kitchen had to close due to a staff injury, but they still honored our booking. We received excellent service and enjoyed a delicious meal at the pub. They even provided our dog with her own water bowl. The staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was great. Overall, it was great value for money.

Excellent friendly staff very dog friendly even let my dog sit at the table with me all the staff made a fuss of her which she loved .food was excellent even though they were rushed off their feet and it was explained before we ordered they were running behind due to staff shortages but we weren’t in a rush so wasn’t a problem have had a great meal every time I’ve been but now I know I can take my dog and have her so warmly welcomed il be visiting more often also my grand daughter is so fussy but she loves the lasagna so that in itself is a huge compliment highly recommend just wish I had room for dessert

I had a wonderful meal and drinks at this restaurant, with the new chef Ronnie being brilliant. I highly recommend trying the fish, as it was delicious. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The restaurant also followed all Covid safety measures.

Wonderful food In an extremely safe environment. Who would have thought last year that we would be anxious about eating out? The Cherry Tree are very covid aware and have all safety measures in place, i personally felt very well looked after and safe. The food was absolutely fantastic and all the bar staff are professional and friendly, I feel very lucky to have this pub within walking distance, we will definitely be back

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional and the food was high quality with generous portions. The manageress, who is also the owner, and the young man serving us were both very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. The staff's positive attitude really made a difference. I would give this restaurant six stars if I could. I highly recommend it, just keep in mind that they do not serve lunch on Wednesdays.
