The Coffee Club Café Riverlink Cinemas

I visited the restaurant to place an order. I informed the staff about my table service and chose a seat. The place was quite empty, yet I sat there for about 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. The service was awful; I definitely won't be returning. Service rating: 1.

Told to take a seat and someone will come to take our order. Waitress was very nice, however took her a while to get out to us. We ordered 2 coffees and a pre made citrus tart. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes before asking the waitress if she could check on our order. She came back and said they were prioritising our order. Ours came out after another 5 minutes and we got exactly what we ordered no serviettes though. Saw another two people just get up and leave. I think the citrus tart had been sitting in the fridge for a while, too.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I was very impressed by the staff.

I recently visited a coffee club at Riverlink, and I had a great experience. There was only one staff member initially serving coffee and meals, but she managed well until two others joined to assist. My friend and I loved the atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed my triple shot long black. The meal was fantastic, and the price was very reasonable, falling between $1 and $20 per person. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

Took 40mins for a salad to come out , got sighed at for asking for water and the kitchen staff and other staff were on their phones instead of making drinks and food. Very poor service and will never be coming back here
