Tim Hortons - North Huron

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant on July 1st, 2019. We used the drive-thru service at 6:00 a.m. on our way back to Ottawa. We ordered our usual breakfast items, including 2 coffees and breakfast sandwiches, and they were ready in about 4 minutes. The service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place.

Last night, I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chicken sandwich at the restaurant. When I received my drink, I noticed what appeared to be a hair sticking out of the cup. I brought it to the attention of the employee who made my sandwich, and she instructed me to return to the counter where I placed my order. I went back to discuss the issue, but had to wait for the employee to become available. When she finally removed the hair from the cup, she rudely insisted that it was not a hair, refusing to acknowledge my concerns. I remained calm and discreet in order to avoid causing a scene. After waiting for about 8 minutes, I received a replacement drink, but was still upset by the experience. I requested to speak with a manager, who seemed annoyed that I had interrupted her break. The manager showed little concern for the situation and dismissed my complaint.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fast, efficient, and personalized service at this restaurant. The usual Tim Horton's farewell at the end was a nice touch. A special shout out to Trish for making our lunch experience enjoyable.

Orders and receive quickly. That's all you'd get at a Timmies. Not much space for the ride.

Food is always consistantly good. Staff and owners are friendly and helpful. Place is kept clean and tables cleaned up regularily. Despite being such a busy poace, your always thru in good time. Good place for lunch when you only have a 1/2 hr.
