Costa - North Hertfordshire

I visited this load on Thursday 17. märz at the tesco in royston, and the 2 ladies showed the best customer service I have ever experienced in a costa. demi was so friendly and helpful with not only me, but all the customers and she would share a sweat and show a real interest. very personal. they brought our food and coffee and it seemed like we were the only customers. but everyone received this service. 5 stars amazing these employees are a credit for the company. I will return

Dear costa and this has many tables. only 4 stars because the croissants were stagnated and hard.

Nice out the way Costa. Upstairs of tesco so parking is great. Went around lunch time and was pretty empty. Food and drinks served quick

I had a pleasant experience at this Costa Coffee shop, with friendly staff who actually seemed happy to be there. This is unlike many other coffee shops I have visited in the UK. I plan on returning there later today.
