Jersey Mike’s Subs - North Haven

I work in the plaza and came here multiple times during the summer and beginning of fall with no issues. I was easily spending over $50/week on myself. The staff was so friendly and genuine. Since the staff turn over I barely come in. The girls who work the counter are patronizing and rude. Nobody smiles or greets. They are not helpful, proactive or pleasant to interact with. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and this is by far the worst group of front end/counter employees to have interacting with paying customers.

Hello, my order was with Doordash. I ordered a bowl, which you couldn't add sides on the app, so my mom n I assumed you all would at lease put the lettuce and tomatoes on it but no. It just came with steak n cheese (bowl). My sandwich was the regular Chipotle steak n cheese, decent. On the Doordash app for bowls you have no way of putting your toppings or selections. I called the restaurant and the phone kept handing up. Not a good experience although food tasted good.

The staff is really nice and the sandwiches are great BUT if you eat inside bring your winter coat. Management thinks it’s a great idea to turn the heat off for his own selfish reasons.

I’ve become a regular customer due to the care/attention each employee has shown/demonstrated with all our sub orders!!The subs have ALL been delicious!I’ve actually visited another location once and even though the sub was good the staff was nowhere near as pleasant or as professional! Jersey Mikes on Universal Dr in North Haven is by far my family’s favorite Thank you!
