Food is always good, fresh, great selection of breads etc.

I had a hard time sitting this app up at my house because I don't have Wi-Fi so I was at the Bayshore location and I had an employee trying to complete the download of the app so that I could get a footlong and then get a free foot long and after an hour and a half their Wi-Fi was not letting me complete the download and put my card number in and even order so I walked out with just one sandwich and I was totally bummed but the employees are absolutely adorable helpful kind nice sweet as a piece of cherry pie I go to that location all the time so pretty much they kind of know me and I know them and I will be back but I got to figure out what's going on with my phone and this app because I am totally bummed

The girl making our sub was great, but they had no money in the register to make change for a 20. Gave her 10 and said keep the change. Her male worker, when asked why there was no money, he replied times are tough. Really.

App will not work, nor online ordering and they will not do anything about it. With a BOGO special. Will not call manager.

They are inconsistent. Sometimes super nice but i get some attitude. Taking those in as bad days, I have also noticed cookies being pulled out too soon. Soft cookies and raw cookies are two very different things.
