I love Japanese food but it was a bit hard to find a Japanese restaurant in Dunedin that run by Japanese people except Cafe Tokyo. I often go there to grab sushi for lunch during weekday. The quality of rice and meat they use for sushi are really good compare to the similar sushi take away places. However, the dine in tables are not clean properly for the next customer. The picture is my favorite dish.

I LOOOOOOVE tokyo cafe fav dish here has to be their teppan chicken, although i also love their teriyaki, satay and sukiyaki chicken.The best way to describe there meals i think is clean and fresh.A

Cafe Tokyo is most definitely one of the best places I have ever eaten! The service is excellent, quick, friendly and the food is always absolutely divine! I recommend this place to everyone. A
