Bidrage med feedbackI have always liked Royal Farms. They have great fried chicken and some fantastic, big, soft, chocolate chip cookies. Competitive prices and gas is normally in the low side for cost per gallon compared to other places around.
To many employees that don't have respect they walk around looking miserable and some even high . almost every time I go in there they are using foul language around children and customers complaining about how much they hate there job and co workers.it's sad they need to be cleaned out and put under new management
Fast, clean, and hassle-free! The moment we encountered an issue with the self-checkout, a staff member was quick to assist us—no long waits at all. We were in and out in no time. It's the perfect spot to swing by if you're in a hurry in the morning!
I've always considered this place to be average at best, mainly because their chicken sandwiches were cold more than half the time I ordered one. However, after applying for a manager position and experiencing incredibly unprofessional behavior during the interview, I felt compelled to leave a review. The woman who interviewed me, Sarah, had me sit in the public dining area, where I waited for almost thirty minutes before she even acknowledged my presence. The entire time, she was either on her phone, scrolling and texting behind the front counter, or chatting with a regular employee from a completely different location (which she mentioned during the interview). Throughout our conversation, she interrupted me three times to check on customers at the front, despite there being three or four other employees available. She barely looked up from the clipboard and seemed completely disengaged. As for the job opportunity, I got an email response, but I never replied and certainly won't in the future.
It appears that this restaurant fell short soon after its renovation. They often run out of essential items like coffee cups, lids, and especially creamers and straws. While a few staff members are friendly and know how to provide good customer service, the rest could benefit from some anger management training. These issues need to be addressed quickly, or the business may continue to experience a decline.
