Starbucks - North East Lincolnshire

All of the staff at this restaurant are friendly and polite, but a special shout out to Gareth! He always greets me with a hello and today my pupachino was ready before I even ordered. Layla expresses her gratitude for the exceptional service.

I use Starbucks meridian point in Cleethorpes a lot, but came this morning and on most tables where dirty plates and cups that people before had left, I was sat for an hour and the cups plates were still there mounting up, I had to clear my own table ! The place was not even that busy so no real excuse. Hopefully management will see this review.

I go to Starbucks like 10900000% of the time : and I love it I recommend : Cleethorpes one is the best I love the cookies and cream try it new refreshers out also now try it :

We have visited Cleethorpes Starbucks on many occasions as we are regularly visiting relatives. Today before we even had chance to place an order we were told we had half an hour to drink our drinks as they were closing early at 5.30pm. We said no problem and had our drinks in take away cups. After waiting 10 minutes for our drinks (as 1 member of staff was taking orders and one member of staff making them) we then sat down. A member of staff then proceeded to put chairs on tables around us and started noisily dragging chairs in from outside so you couldn’t hear yourself think! She then proceeded to tell us we had 3 minutes before they were closing despite having a queue of 4 or more customers at the till waiting to be served! We love Starbucks and visit different Starbucks stores regularly and this was the worst visit we have ever had. We felt unwelcome and as though we were being a nuisance despite having spent over £25 on our visit. We won’t be going back again and we’re disappointed at such terrible service when we have been visiting this Starbucks every couple of months since it opened.

This place used to be great but now when you go in you wait ages as they’re clearly prioritising the delivery orders. To me. Prioritising the deliveries over someone stood in front of you is the height of rudeness. To add insult to injury they got my order wrong as they ‘had too many plates spinning’ . This was a message to me to use the independents in the area as customer service is king and unfortunately Starbucks clearly think otherwise .
