Mcdonalds Grimsby Town Centre

Ordered for the family, finally arrived cold and they’d missed my boyfriends Big Mac from his Big Mac meal. Rang the restaurant and they immediately claimed there’s nothing they can do. Said we needed to contact just eat as the drivers don’t work for them. But the driver didn’t pack the order? A constant excuse for all of the chains be it grimsby or cleethorpes,never taking responsibility and too stupid to check over things before sending them out.

Better by far than birchin way, more professional, servive quick, never had a bad meal (unlike Birchin way)Staff helpfull cheerful. gets busy at times but never had to wait long.

Always had great service here, the staff are really nice and will do anything to help. Only downfall is I've ordered a chicken and bacon salad a quite a few times and usually get it without the bacon but everything else is spot on

The area isn't exactly a place you wish to be in your own at night time as it is very rough and surrounded by pubs. There are beggars outside that ask you for money and get abusive if you don't give them any. We've used them a few times for uber eats and its rare that we're 100% happy with the food.Usually it's just small things like missing sauces going up to the temperature of the food. Once we had a hair in one of the mcflurries. Tonight took the biscuit however a big mac meal without a big mac. Luckily we had ordered an extra nugget happy meal to give the kids a couple extra so the person didn't go hungry whilst Uber Eats sorts it out but it does put us off wanting to use them again.

This is a lovely restaurant with a clean environment and friendly staff. It can get quite busy, but if you're lucky, you may find a rare moment of peace and quiet.
