Mcdonald's - North East Derbyshire

I don't usually write bad reviews but this isn't the first time I've had very slow service here. I ordered in the drive through and then was asked to wait in the click and collect area. I waited and drank my coffee. After 20 mins they were just stacking more and more cars into waiting areas. The food came out but the whole place was chaos. The staff were very polite and were obviously struggling with orders. The whole point of a drive through order is that customers are usually in a rush. The food was cold and it was a waste of nearly £7.00. Hope the manager can sort this as other customers were complaining its like this every time they use this branch. Its a shame.

We had a lovely breakfast served at our table. Egg Bacon Muffins, Hash Browns Caramel Latte. Everything was hot. it went down a treat. Thank you!

Staff absolutely brilliant, food absolutely terrible under cooked fries, milkshake like water and bread for mc chicken sandwich burnt.

The staff are amazing! Despite the busy conditions they always go the extra mile to ensure that the quality of their experience is amazing! Two managers, one being blonde and another having brown hair. Went out of their way to make sure not only my food was okay but also myself a credit to the store! Food is always hot, fresh and fast! Best McDonald's in the country!

Asked for bacon roll no sauce and a black coffee to takeaway Got a bacon roll that was drenched with tomato sauce that was uneatable and they put milk in the black coffee. I’m sure they do this on purpose.
