Service and coffee very good but what a shame about the food very disappointing I think a sanswhich from the supermarket would of been nicer!

Very slow service, none of the vegan options were available. Poor value salad, basically a dish of lettuce with 5 pieces of Feta and chopped walnuts for £11-95. No where near as good as it was on the previous visit. Could definitely do better.

Myself mum had lunch which was not good,jacket spud skin so hard not very hot.waited so long for them to take our order to, they took orders from 3 different tables that arrived after us before us. The cutlery was dirty dirt in the groves on the tables was disgusting

What a load of chaos!! All those young servers and still it all took so long as they were all fighting hierarchy against each other!! It’s got to be the most disorganised place I’ve ever been. No one wants to seat you, we got sat at dirty tables. Food arrived before our drinks, I say food I mean 8 chips with cheese on isn’t great! I personally won’t go back.

This the third time I've been there now where we've had to wait to be seated but no one comes to do so. Asked if we could just sit down at the table and the girl at the checkout was adamant that she couldn't possibly allow us to do that. Why may I ask are they using such a rubbish system anyway. Once you are seated you then have to wait for the waitress to take your order then it has to be brought to you and then you have to go over to the checkout on the way out to pay (getting in the way of customers that are waiting to be seated). Just make it all self service as it's setup to do that quite easily and hence make it much more efficient without risking customers getting fed up and leaving.
