A beautiful family café. while charlie’s non-vegan products, a lot of their small menu is clearly available as a vegan or vegan option and as an additional bonus, their entire cake cabinet was vegan when I visited. our meals and cakes were delicious and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely return if I were back in barnstaple.

I was so glad that I did it. They serve an almost completely gluten-free menu, tons of vegan options (not their usual, which was really refreshing) and I can say hands down, this is the best price-performance café in barnstaple. really impressed, defo is coming back soon!

I often stop here for their delicious oat lattes, in preference to the ‘chains’ of which there are plenty in Barnstaple. The array of vegan cakes make choice difficult! Staff friendly and service good.
