Said they called the number on my account (which was the wrong number) and that person said they didn’t order subway so they threw my order away…. I showed up only 40 mins after I placed my order. They can’t just leave it on the shelf and wait? On top of that they were the rudest people I have ever dealt with in the food industry. She told me “I threw away your sandwich, you’ll need to pay for another one and wait” in a very hateful tone of voice. The other reviews on here show me these girls obviously know nothing about customer service ???
Subway employee had the nerve to tell the customer to calm down as if a customer doesn't have the right to express how upset or anger they are when they can't read a simple print out for pick up orders and want to act as if it's not a big ordeal, and explain why there is no management working for night shifts as well.
The food is great as always. If you are coming to this subway, it might be better to call and order ahead.
They didn't toast the flat bread. And you can't legally serve the flatbread unless toasted. As a former Subway employee I would know. Trying to call to complain leads nowhere as there phone just
Ordered an outlaw. I was asked if I wanted it toasted. I declined. The employee proceeded to make the sandwich with cold steak. In over 30 years, I’ve never seen this. I asked him if he was going to heat the steak. He told me I said I didn’t want it toasted. He then argued with me over toasting a sandwich v heating up the meat. I left. I can’t believe the poor store owner has to pay idiots $14 an hour.
