Skyline Chili - North College Hill

Horrible service it was not busy inside at all I sat at my table with my toddler for 20 mins and only had a lemonade. I waited for the server to get refills for the other 3 tables for 10 mins then when i was ready to order I waited for another 10 mins for those customers to be cashed out! There was no communication to me, I just saw what was going on. Ima a GM at a full service restaurant so I was trying to be patient, but I ended up leaving and going through the drive thru just to get my food. I understand short staffed but there was no URGENCY at all. I sat down at 440 and finally left at 5. I will NEVER go back to that location.

Live a few minutes from this location. Food is all excellent. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed and the restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean and nice. Kid friendly, wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking spots available. 10/10 Will be returning Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian chili as well as other options available. Dietary restrictions: They have substitutes available for food allergies etc. Parking: 30-40 spots Kid-friendliness: Of course it's kid friendly!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with close handicapped parking spots as well.
