Kroger Bakery - North College Hill

I am very disappointed with the cake I ordered. It appears to be served cold and is quite messy.

I suggest speaking with the staff about implementing a dress code, as no one wants to see inappropriate attire in the restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant have terrible attitudes, and the customers have even worse attitudes.

Is the NCH Kroger in a state of deterioration? I went there yesterday hoping to buy four items. I looked for a hand basket, and found none, and had heard there are none in the store any more. So I decided not to be tempted to buy anything extra, and to just juggle whatever I bought in my hands, though this was one of those rare occasions where most of the smaller carts had been brought back from the parking lot. It turned out I didn't have to worry about having too much to carry, because the store was out of two of the four items I was looking for. I wasted quite a bit of time looking for some breakfast sausage that was on sale Friday and Saturday only, until I saw a meat department employee who told me they were out of that. There appeared to be a ten-minute line at the service counter and I'd already wasted 5 if not 10 minutes looking for places where they might have had the sausage in addition to its normal tiny shelf space, so it appears I'm out of luck. Considering the waste of time, It would have been a better deal for me if they offered a coupon that makes you pay a dollar MORE for the product, if they could manage to keep the item in the store. Imagine how much of their customers' and employees' time they wasted. You would think that with the Mt. Airy Kroger closing in a few weeks, they would be doing their best to persuade some of those customers to shop at the NCH store instead of the Walmart on Colerain at Cross County.

I drove my son to Kroger he went in and got some of our groceries I stayed in the car he says it’s quicker if I don’t go in but he didn’t get some of the groceries right I should of went in too ????
