Pizza 151 - North Chili

We ordered food for our household tonight. We ordered a calzone, garlic bread and a crispy chicken salad. It took over an hour to give us the food, and I have no problems with it. The problem I have is that right after they delivered the food, they called us to say that the food was delivered, but that they had no salad. So we only got a Kalzon and garlic bread, which means I don't have food. They also said that they would give us a loan for their store to use in the future, and not the card we used. It's just ridiculous. Why don't you call us before you give us the food to let us know that you can't make the salad and ask if we want something else, or at least one order of chicken fingers or something. Of course, this is the last time I'll ever think about ordering something from this place.

You just lost a customer. It took 40 minutes to deliver. Pizza was so warm. They had the wrong address, child comes in with music rays and tells me that it is his cars fault (basch). I'll call back for the second time and the whole girl could say when I told her that she shouldn't send the driver back, was okay. Pizza hasn't been the biggest lately.

A little disappointed. Most of our edge slices on an extra large were 90% crust with some sauce, no other toppings. It seems as if it's lucky to draw if you get a good pizza or a badly made pizza, depending on who does it this day.

Absolutely terrible I ordered two subs they got them completely wrong so I called them back they would not refund my money only would give me store credit so they brought me two more subs and they made them the exact same way as the first two lol I can?t even make this up.. The steak was dry the peppers and onions that were not supposed to be on my sub were raw not even sautéed lol
