Waffle House - North Chesterfield

Awful scramble egg look like a pancake he tried to remake the egg and that was burnt my dog wouldn’t ate that.

Lynda has the incredible ability to turn a waffle iron into a musical instrument. Her waffle-making symphony had me tapping my fork in rhythm. Move over, Beethoven; Lynda’s in the kitchen!

For a Waffle House, the food was good and the service was great. Very attentive and kept my coffee cup full.

So I love my waffle house, no matter the city or state. I go to every one. But this location had the rudest waitress and cook. When we came in, it was around 6:45am and I guess the waitress was about to get off, she was rude, when she was asked to put the drink in a to-go cup, she got an attitude and said it was a $1.00 up charge for the to go cup. Then she completely forgot to get my coffee. When I asked again, she bumble something under her breath. EXTREMELY RUDE. Then got our order completely wrong. My man had asked for grits and eggs with cheese and neither had cheese yet. Then I asked for a 3rd egg and only got 2. When the shift changed, the waitress came to my table and told me, not asked for the payment due to her leaving. She was the rudest waitress I have ever had in my 40 years on this earth. Will NOT ever go back to that on at that time. Smh and if I see her or the cook in the restaurant, I'm gonna turn right around cause I'm GONNA record her tail this time.

Been to this WH at least 3 times in the last few months because it's one of the few places nearby where breakfast is available all day. It's clean, the food is good and reasonably priced, and I have no complaints about the service. Nothing upscale about WH but it's casual, comfortable, and they will do what they can to accommodate. I can't give 5 stars because their biscuits aren't to my liking. They may be fine covered in sausage gravy but they don't stand alone. Stick with toast. Unlimited coffee and tea refills. You won't leave hungry!
