Burger King - North Chesterfield

On Thursday, October 29, 2020, at 12 PM, I had a disappointing experience at the Lunch Lady. The staff member at the front was rude, which was surprising. It seemed like they were frustrated with a previous customer who struggled with English, and their attitude was unprofessional. If someone is unhappy in their job, maybe they shouldn't be working there.

It's October 18, 2020, at 4:15 PM. This place used to be great, but the service is now terrible, which is unusual for them. To make matters worse, DoorDash delivered my order to the wrong person.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service; my food was served hot. Thank you! The staff member was both friendly and welcoming.

The staff here were super friendly and very happy! This alone made our visit through the drive thru worth it. The food was hot and tasted fresh. They were out of my top three soda flavors, but hey, at least they had my fourth choice. The outside of this Burger King is rough! The drive thru and parking lot could seriously use some new asphalt and major repairs. The shabby look of the gardens and parking lot almost made me choose a different lunch venue. First impressions are very impactful!!

Staff is wonderful. Food is more often than not fresh and made to order. Rare occasions I have gotten bad fries or poppers, but they are easy to get replaced if you catch it before you leave. Also I'm not a fan of their tea. If they brewed their own instead of using the fuzz brand I think it would be much better. Stopped ordering meals just because I don't like their tea and I don't drink sodas.
