Starbucks - North Charleston

I went to this starbucks today and i noticed a worker i believe her name was ashley who was talking down/bullying what it seems a new hire. i don’t think its appropriate for workers to be treated that way. it’s degrading for the new worker because they are still learning. i think its something the store definitely needs to work on.

I used to really like this location but in the past several months, they have been very slow and they have not followed instructions on my order more often than not. Disappointing.

I would never come here again... Ask simple questions and two of the staff was just rude... Eyes rolling and cutting eyes... But that's what happen when you have children for employees... Well they acted like kids... I canceled my entire

My coffee was excellent as to be expected, but only 6 total seats (2 tables), and the service time was extremely slow.

Inside only open for pick up. It smelled not good almost like mopped with old sewage water. No free refills since they only do pick up and drive thru which sucks. You'd think they'd still honor just for the sake of being a good business. Came a second time today via drive thru since i didn't want to smell the inside again and drive thru rep was super nice!
