Panda Express - North Charleston

So very disappointed. We were craving some Chinese and went to panda cuz we were driving all day and wanted something quick but we knew panda would be good. Far from it!! The noodles were so dry and tough. The rice was dry, no seasoning. The beef and broccoli was awful. No sauce, no flavor. The shrimp was the the only edible thing I could eat and that's saying a lot. Everything we ordered was horrible. Never again.

They might as well close at 8pm, since they start running out of things then, and don't replenish much after that to keep customers from dining inn. They aren't interested in making sweat tea when they run out at 8pm either. Staff is very unaccommodating, and all they can think about is closing and cleaning up so they can get out of there. Better go there during lunch if you don't want to deal with this.

Great experience tonight. Food was good and service was good too. I don’t care what you do but if you want an apple pie do NOT try their new apple pie rolls. They’re disgusting lol. Food was good as usual. The people making the food were friendly and Ayden, who was the cashier, was helpful(didn’t seem too enthusiastic about his job though) because they were out of small lids at the self serve soda fountain and he grabbed a new pack to restock it. Overall 5 stars

Ayden working the register tonight was extremely rude. We stopped by to grab a quick dinner tonight and I am appalled by the huge attitude he gave us for no reason. I ordered my plate first and my husband ordered after and had to wait for some fresh beef (which I’m happy he got some fresh stuff everything on my plate was ice cold) they told him 10 mins. No big deal. After getting sauces thrown In my hand we went and sat down. 20 mins goes by I’m finished with my food and my husband still doesn’t have the beef he ordered. When he went up to ask about it he was then questioned by Ayden. No apology or anything from this young man just more attitude. We love Panda Express but if this is the service we are going to get when we come we may need to find a different location. Didn’t feel very welcoming.
