Mellow Mushroom North Charleston

I forgot how wonderful and good this place was. We came on Father's Day and had a late lunch. The garlic cheese bread is always a hit, and the wings are amazing. You can't have a good pizza place without good wings.

We stay in the hotel quarter and this place was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. He got the white zombie and I enjoyed the Sunset in Paradise adult drinks. We share 10 wings, very tasty we like them naked with sauce on the side. He got a small Mighty Meat pizza and could only eat half! That's a lot of meat! I got the Sausagefest Calzone and could only eat half. All delicious food and Taylor (our waitress) was fast and very polite.

I was in the same chain in other states and this one was simply not on the way. They put too much cheese and sauce on their pizza. Don't get me wrong. I like extra cheese. But also like to pick up my pizza instead of eating it from the dish. with a fork. who defeated the whole purpose of having a thin crust of pizza.

I love coming to the Mellow Mushroom. This was my first time at the North Charleston site. The pizza was excellent, the outdoor seating area was beautiful and breezy, and all staff were very friendly. I'm glad to visit this place again.

I ordered the steak and cheese calzone. Our wait was ridiculously long for our food. I almost thought our waitress clocked out. When the food did arrive?I give it a 1 ?? The dough had a sort of cheap frozen pizza taste.
