Dunkin' - North Charleston

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID. Beautiful people, but underoccupied, we waited 30 minutes (literal) to get our order, which were 3 ice cream coffees. They talked about turning off the lobby while we were because they couldn't stop. I love Dunkin so they can turn it around.

Stops in the car thru just to get a few Boston cream donuts....got to work to enjoy them and realized that they put in the bag up down with all the chocolate stuck down in the pocket.....suggest the employees try Walmart for employment just place, I can think that requires less healthy sense.

Savannah Highway location is TERRIBLE. They are always out of the items I want I have gone in the AM, lunch afternoon! Today I called to ask if they had a specific donut since they are always out. The girl on the phone seemed confused when I gave the donut name so I described it. Under her breath in a snotty tone she said I know what it is . Knowing full well what I heard, I said excuse me? She stumbled on her words said oh I 'm still looking 1- Rude, 2- Liar, 3- they were OUT of what I wanted anyway. I will happily drive to N. Chas if I want DD ever again. Better yet, I 'll hit up Krispy Kreme

Good donuts. But they often run out of coffee rolls. They want to do more.

The kid behind the counter seemed to be training or coaching an employee a (older lady) this guy was johnny on the spot, respectful to the other employee and giving great customer service not only to myself but also the drive thru window. I'm truly impressed with the knowledge, service and respect shown to Employees and Customers by this young man.
