Canberra Parklands Central Apartments

The location of this place is excellent. It is located near Dickson's food area with so many different restaurants to choose from. But the rooms could do with a little love. Our toilet seat was broken and you couldn't open the blinds. The sofas were also uncomfortable. But I'd just stay here for his location again.

We chose to stay due to it being close to provide some family support. The location suited well, the air conditioning was very comfortable mid winter, the internet was really good and underground locked parking with lift access was good. The mattress on the bed needed replacing it was sagging and not supportive. Another room was offered but the bed in that room was not much better. There was a full sized fridge and a smart TV. The cooking facilities for a one bedroom apartment were limited two hot plates with room for one pot at a time only; and a microwave. This would be fine for a very short stay. Servicing of the room was supposed to be daily but that did not always happen. It suited our purposes for this time

Staff and service was very good. Room Amenities was above expectations with large screen tv fridge and coffee making facilities. Clean and fresh sheets and towels. Furniture a little old but still serviceable as they were timber not laminated stuff so I’m all for sustainability. Clean carpets and well deodorised room smelled inviting!

Fantastic receptionist recommended Knox Made in Watson for b'fast which was amazing. Rooms clean. Shower hot great pressure (shower head needs replacing Underground car spaces super big Quiet location. Would stay again

The accommodation was excellent as our room had been recently updated however other rooms friends were in were overdue for an update which was disappointing for them. This will be overcome once renovations are complete. The only thing not up to a reasonable standard was the toilet paper. Ouch.
